Microgreens are very young, nutritionally dense, plants that are generally harvested within 1-3 weeks of sowing.  They are grown from various kinds of vegetables, herbs and even flowers.  They have been proven to have great nutritional benefits and chefs love them for the flavor and beauty they add to dishes!

We personally like to throw a handful of microgreens on/in practically everything, including soups, salads, smoothies/juices, wraps, sandwiches, tacos/nachos, mashed potatoes, mac-n-cheese, grilled meat, EVERYTHING! 

We grow a variety of microgreens in our indoor grow operation. Just like the field operation, our indoor operation is an organically sustainable set up. We use all food grade safe containers in our grow operation. We grow our microgreens on all natural coconut coir fiber mats.  Our microgreens are packaged and included in our CSA boxes, sold at the farmer's markets and to restaurants.
